Warrier Self Adhesives (WSA) group is an ISO 9001:2008 registered SSI manufacturing unit of custom made vinyl stickers, decals and labels for numerous applications. Located in Pune, Maharashtra which is less than 150kms from Mumbai, WSA caters to customers across the globe other than numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Mercedes Benz, Atlas Copco and the likes, within the domestic market in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad etc.

Technological advancement combined with branded and reliable raw materials is the simple formula adopted by us for prodcution of various material to suffice customer needs and expectations. Below are few of the machinery used by us to fulfill the prodcution requirement.

Fully Automatic Print and Cut machine: It uses the Pyrojet technology, the integrated and versatile digital print and cut machine gives an output of bright and vivid colors in the whole spectrum of the required job. Not just the printing, but it also allows you to cut a given job from its borders after printing, thus giving a 100% accuracy and precision rate in the finished work.

Digital Cutting Machine: As the name suggests, it is a digital operated cutting machine which combines precision cutting along with ease of use. Powered by a digital servomotor, it achieves cutting speeds up to 20 inches per second with maximum accuracy. Vehicle graphics, signs, decals, labels, stencils and heat transfers come out looking crisp and clean. Its Optical Registration recognizes crop marks produced by a variety of print-only devices and automatically aligns media so that printed graphics can be accurately contour cut.

Lamination Machine: A laminating machine can be used to make a protective coating for signs, labels, posters etc, there by increasing its shelf life. The simple act of laminating any document lends an aura of professionalism to the product.

Punching Machine: Punching is a metal forming process that uses a punch press to force a tool, called a punch, through the work piece to create a hole via shearing. The punch often passes through the work into a die. A scrap slug from the hole is deposited into the die in the process. Depending on the material being punched this slug may be recycled and reused or discarded

Screen Printing Machine: This machine, like any other screen printing machine, uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink into the mesh openings for transfer by capillary action during the squeegee stroke. Basically, it is the process of using a stencil to apply ink onto the substrate, which in our case is stickers, vinyl or any material that can keep the image onto its surface.

Inhouse Quality Check

To ensure strict guidelines are followed while manufacturing of various labels, periodical tests are undertaken using the testing equipments for below mentioned parameters. Simultaneously, visual inspection of every single label manufactured is conducted in the shop floor during the various process of manufacturing.

UV Testing: Enables to test the colour fastness of the printed material to ensure the labels do not fade away prematurely.

Adhesion testing: This equipment allows us to test the adhesive strength of the label which is also called as peel off test. Periodical Peel off test ensures that the label would not peel off from the substrate, after its application.
